Return Policy

Because fragrance is a personal-care product, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons. Please read this carefully.
When we accept returns
We accept returns or replacements only if your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you received the wrong product. In these cases we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
How to raise a return
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@osteparfums.com or on WhatsApp, with your order number and clear photos (and, ideally, an unboxing video). This helps us resolve it quickly with our courier.
What we can't accept
For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns for change of mind, or on products that have been used or whose seal has been broken (unless the item was defective). Please double-check your selection before ordering.
