Shipping Policy

Here's how and when your Oste Parfums order reaches you.
Dispatch time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive tracking details over WhatsApp/email once your order ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control are not something we can guarantee against, but we'll always help you track your parcel.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders of ₹799 and above. Below that, prepaid orders ship free, and Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹60 handling fee.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. If your area isn't serviceable for COD, prepaid options remain available at checkout.
