These terms govern your use of Oste Parfums and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About our products
Oste Parfums creates original "inspired-by" fragrances. Any reference to another fragrance or house in our descriptions is used only to describe a scent profile. We are an independent brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the brands referenced. All trademarks belong to their respective owners; our products carry only our own names.
2. Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. Where we cancel a prepaid order, we refund it in full.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and coupons may change at any time. Payment is handled securely via our payment partner (Razorpay) for online payments, or Cash on Delivery where available. We never store your full card details.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — our brand name, logos, product names, copy, and imagery — is our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
Fragrance is personal. Please review ingredients and patch-test if you have sensitive skin. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our registered location.
